Shipping policy
- Production: 2-3 working days (all mats are made to order)
- Delivery: 3-5 working days after production
- Total: about 5-8 working days from order confirmation
- Payment: 10% advance, remaining balance cash on delivery
- Tracking: We’ll send tracking details once your order ships.
- Delays: Couriers can occasionally be late. We’ll help you follow up.
- Wrong address: Please double-check your address at checkout. We’re not responsible for orders delayed or lost because of incorrect details.
Please inspect your parcel on delivery and tell us right away if it’s damaged.
