Refund policy

Every Car Mats order is custom-printed to your design, so we can’t accept returns or issue refunds for a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or design preference.

We will reprint or refund if your order arrives damaged or the print is wrong. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos or a video. We’ll review it and reply within 2 working days.

Orders can’t be cancelled once production starts.
